The Anticipated Dividends report allows you to project dividend income that will be earned by a fund up until the distribution date or to another date set in the future. This report assists you with reviewing the projected total income distribution of the mutual fund. Many mutual funds distribute the income earned by the fund. Prior to the distribution occurring, there is a review of the income that has been and will be earned by the fund. The Anticipated Dividends report displays announced and projected dividends. These projected dividends are based on both the historical announcements and on the dividend frequency specified in the SMF.
