In User Administration and User Administration Setup workspaces, you can use the Find tool to quickly locate specific text. You can set various options to display only the rows that meet specific criteria or highlight rows in the workspace.

To find data in the workspace:

  1. In User Administration or User Administration Setup workspaces, click the Find button.
  2. Enter the text you wish to find in the Find text box.
    You see all occurrences of the text are highlighted.
  3. Scroll through all the occurrences of the text by using the Forward and Back arrows next to the text box.
  4. Click the drop down arrow inside the text box to further narrow the results.
  5. Click the small X inside the text box to clear the text you entered.
  6. Click the X button outside of the text box to close the Find tool.
