In the Change Retrospective Rate panel, you can adjust a distribution rate that involves an adjustment to the general ledger. You must add the new rate. The old rule is closed and the ending period date is updated.
To change a retrospective rate:
1. From Accounting Center window, click Transactions in the left navigation.
2. Double click Distributions, Fixed Fund Distributions, and Change Retrospective Rate.
You see the Change Retrospective Rate panel.
3. Complete the options in the Change Retrospective Rate panel.
4. Click Submit.
5. Close the Change Retrospective Rate bottom tab to return to the Accounting Center.
