You can create, edit, delete and list depositories.

Create a Depository

You can create a new depository in the Create New panel. 

To create a depository:

  1. In Setup, in the left navigation, click Depositories>Create Depositories.
    You see the Create Depository panel.
  2. Click the Depository ID drop-down and select a depository ID.
  3. Optionally, enter a Description other than the description that defaults from the Depository ID.
  4. Optionally, enter a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
  5. Click Submit & Close.
  6. Review the information in the status window and click Ok to submit.

Edit a Depository

You can edit a depository in the Edit panel. 

To create a depository:

  1. In Setup, in the left navigation, click Depositories>Edit Depositories.
    You see the Edit Depository panel.
  2. Enter the Depository ID that you want to edit.
  3. Optionally, enter a Description.
  4. Optionally, enter a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
  5. Click Submit.
    You see the Show All tab displaying the results of your query.
  6. Click the checkbox to select the depository to edit.


Delete a Depository

You can delete a depository in the Delete panel. 

To create a depository:

  1. In Setup, in the left navigation, click Depositories>Delete Depositories.
    You see the Delete Depository panel.
  2. Enter the Depository ID that you want to edit.
  3. Optionally, enter a Description.
  4. Optionally, enter a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
  5. Click Submit.
    You see the Show All tab displaying the results of your query.
  6. Click the check box to select the depository to edit, and click Delete Depository on the ribbon.
    You see the Action Entry Panel -Delete Depository.
  7. Click Submit & Close.
  8. Review the information in the status window and click Ok to submit.
