The Briefcase feature allows you to collect various logs and configuration files and send them to an email address, load to an FTP server, or save to a local drive. This feature is available for most of the Application Tier and Web Tier logs and configuration files. You can easily add files to the Briefcase, select files from the Briefcase, and choose the file delivery method. Files are stored in the Briefcase for the duration of your session, when you log out of System Management Center, all the files are automatically deleted from the Briefcase.
