Overrides allow you to edit or update reference data with missing or incorrect data values. You can set an override value for a data field for a finite or an infinite duration.
Overrides are stored by effective date(s). The Start Date represents the date the override is first valid, and the End Date represents the date the override is last valid. If the override is performed on the latest effective date in the entity history, the system carry forwards it to the next created history date unless or until another override changes the value.
