In the List Voluntary Corporate Action Election panel, you can display historical information for corporate action election details.
To list voluntary corporate action election history:
- In the Reference Desk workspace, click Corporate Actions in the left navigation pane and then click Voluntary Corporate Actions>List Voluntary Corporate Action Election History.
You see the List Voluntary Corporate Actions Elections panel. Specify a date range for the list voluntary corporate action election history to include in the Voluntary Begin Date and Voluntary End Date fields. All other criteria are optional.

- Under Result Options, click Grid or Advanced Report for the report view you want.
- Click Submit.
You see the results of your query displayed in grid or report format.
