Added XMLNodeList element type for XML Destination
XML Node List type was added to the Insert Row context menu option of XML Destination. This feature allows you to generate an ELEMENTTYPE="XMLNodeList" attribute for inserted row.

Panel Refresh Issues
When you try to fill Run Panel or Lookup parameters using the Refresh button for a panel file that does not return parameters, an error message is shown and the Panel Parameters popup is force closed. The code was updated to resolve this issue. The error message was removed and only input parameters are retrieved in that case.

Conditions Removed for MC Variables
Condition slots were removed for Variable objects and excluded from export as they are not supported by Message Center.
