Add possibility to Customize Task in Expert Mode for schedule rule
Scheduled Begin object now has Schedule Type, Interval (sec), Days, Times and Custom Expression properties. Feature is available for environments with UsePaceScheduler parameter set to 0 and allows to customize DATETIMETORUN element of generated schedule rule.
This issue was tracked as Item IWS-150.
Software Fixes
iws_cache stream can't create staging folder on WIN environments
Fixed "create staging folder" script in eagle_iws_cache stream rule. Stream now should work properly under any new WIN environment.
