Manage STAR to PACE Direct for Month End Processing

When you use month end processing, you can use STAR to PACE Direct to transfer month end accounting data at the entity/accounting basis level.

In the Transfer Data - Batch panel, you can set the Date Type field to Month End Accounting Date and End Date to your month end accounting date. The system assigns the month end date record a source of MSTARDIRECT.

In the Transfer STAR General Ledger Balances panel, you can copy balances to the Eagle data warehouse on a daily or monthly basis, after completion of scheduled end of day processing. The system stores the balances separately for each accounting date and month end accounting date.

WRITERS NOTE: I think you use S2P’s Transfer STAR General Ledger Balances panel as part of MF month end processing. I’m not sure if it does anything special for core accounting.
