In the Edit Fixed Distribution Prospective panel, you can adjust a distribution rate that does not involve a general ledger adjustment. For example, you may want to split a period and calculate a blended rate based on a new target rate. To spread the change over the remaining period, you need a valid end date to calculate the number of days in the remaining period.
To edit a prospective fixed distribution:
- In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Fund Accounting > Fixed Distributions > Edit Fixed Distribution Prospective.
You see the Edit Fixed Distribution Prospective panel. - Complete the options on the Edit Fixed Distribution Prospective panel.
- Click Submit.
