In the Edit Business Calendar panel, you can update an existing calendar with additional years.

To edit a business calendar:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup Calendars > Business Calendars > Edit Business Calendar.
    You see the Edit Business Calendar panel.
  2. Click the Calendar Name field and select the calendar you want to change.
    You see the Calendar Description and Calendar Country values for the selected calendar. The Starting Year field shows the first year for which you can add calendar information.
  3. In the Calendar Description field, you can change the description for the calendar.
  4. Click the Years to Generate field and select the number of years of calendar information you want to add.
    You can select a value from 1 to 5.
  5. Click Submit.
    This process automatically inserts Saturdays and Sundays as nonbusiness days in the calendar.
