You can use a redenomination of bonds corporate action when you are converting the quantity and par amount of debt securities that redenominated from a legacy currency to a new currency.

In order to calculate the redenominated position, the original nominal amount of the security holding must be divided by the appropriate fixed conversion rate. The result is conventionally rounded to two decimal places. The interest receivable record is converted on the redenomination date using the fixed conversion factor. Adjusted local legacy cost is converted to local new cost using the fixed conversion factor. Base cost amounts and base interest receivable remain unchanged.
