Before you run EBS Tool, make sure you have the following conditions met:

  • MC2 and all the related components (pypy, pyrules etc) installed on the box are of version January 2019 or later.
  • Eagle Web Services 3.0 interface is enabled on the IIS/Starsecurity side 
  • .NET Framework version 4.6.2 installed. It can be downloaded and installed from the EBS start page.
