Before you run EBS application, make sure you have the following conditions met:

MC2 and all the related components (pypy, pyrules etc) installed on the box are of version January 2019 or later. For details on installing MC2 follow this link

Eagle Web Services 3.0 interface is enabled on the IIS/Starsecurity side as described here:

.NET Framework version 4.6.2 installed. It can be downloaded and installed from EBS start page (see below).
