In System Management Center's System Parameters workspace, when you manage system parameters, you can use Sys Item 112, Number of days to go back to look for FX Rates. 

When no fetch FX rates offset is defined on the entity, the FX converter uses the value stored against PACE sys_item 112. This System Item is used by any functionality in PACE where FX conversion is performed. The default value is three days and is loaded as part of the installation and upgrade scripts.
