When you use Eagle Accounting with Buy Sellbacks and Sell Buybacks, there may be instances where you must also create a counterparty code.

When a Buy Sellback/Sell Buyback trade is created for the first time for a new counterparty, and the counterparty information was not previously defined, you must create a counterparty code in the Issuer Organization table. You do so using the Create ESG panels. For more information, see Maintain Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Data.
