In the Schedule workspace, you can enable or disable schedules that have not yet started or schedules that are in progress.

To enable or disable schedules:

  1. In Automation Desk, click Schedule in the left navigation.
  2. Click the Find button to find specific schedules in the workspace or search for schedules based on the Event Type, Event Name, Schedule Name, Recurrence Pattern, Update Source, Enable Flag, or Schedule Group. You can use the wildcard "*" when searching based on the Event Name and Schedule Name.
  3. To enable, click the schedule and click Enable. You can select multiple schedules by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the schedule rows.The schedule's status is changed to Enabled.
  4. To disable, click the schedule and click Disable. You can select multiple schedules by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the schedule rows. The schedule's status is changed to Disabled and the schedule will not run.
