In Automation Center, the workspace is the area where data is displayed and edited. Each workspace has an associated ribbon with action buttons that allow you to view and manage data. Workspaces may be grouped into areas, for example, Automation Center's workspaces are grouped into Automation Desk and Setup areas.

You can customize how data is presented in each workspace by using the Grid tab.

In Automation Center Center workspaces, you can also:

  • Use the Find tool to quickly locate specific information displayed in the workspace.
  • Search for data based on selected criteria.
  • Copy and paste data displayed in the workspace to the clipboard.
  • Refresh and export displayed data to various file formats.

Note

Limited Print functionality is currently available only in the Message Streams, Monitor/Message Streams, and Exceptions workspaces.
