Show the Ledger Transfers Data History

In Ledger Item Editor's Core Transfers view, you can view the history of modifications made to a ledger transfer profile. You can also roll back the modifications to return to a prior version of the ledger transfer profile. 

To show the history for a ledger transfer profile: 

1. From the Core Transfers view, review the ledger transfer profile that you want to view.
   The ledger transfer profile applies to all transfer category rows and their related data.
2. On the Ledger Item Editor tab, in the Transfers group, click Show History. 
   You see the Ledger data history dialog box.
3. Review the ledger data history.
   Each row of the history shows a Version, Backup User, and Backup Date value. You can see the version of the ledger transfer profile, the User ID for the Eagle user who made the changes, and the modification date. 
4. If you want to cancel all your changes and return to one of the previous ledger transfer profile versions, select the version you need, and then click Rollback.
   The system saves the selected version of the ledger transfer profile to the database as the current version. 
5. Click Close.
