Change Voluntary Corporate Action Elections

To change a voluntary corporate action election:

From the Reference Desk workspace, click Corporate Actions in the left navigation pane and then click Voluntary Corporate Actions>Change Voluntary Corporate Action Election.
You see the Query Voluntary Corporate Actions Elections panel.
In the Query Flag field, select an option from the drop-down list. Valid Options include:
–  Effective Date
–  Ex Date
–  Pay Date
–  Sweep Date
Complete the fields on the entry panel and then click Submit.
You see the results of your query on the Show All panel.
In the Show All panel, select the Corporate Action you want to change and click the Change Voluntary Election Record button on the toolbar.
You see the Add Entry Panel - Change Voluntary Election Record. Note options may vary according to your selections.
Revise the fields as needed.
Click Submit.
