You can monitor the status of pricing events in Reference Data Center using the Automation's Center Monitor workspace. Using this view, you can see the status of an event that has been scheduled or manually submitted. You can also event view event logs from this view which may be helpful in troubleshooting any issues with the application. 

The Monitor link in Reference Data Center is a bridge view to the Automation Center. For more information on monitoring processes, see Automation Center V17


To monitor pricing events:

  1. In the left navigation, click Monitor.
    You see the Monitor workspace.
  2. Click the Event type drop-down list to select an event. Options include: 
    –  Reference Data Center (default)
    –  RDC Rules engine
  3. The Effective Date defaults to today's date. Click on the calendar control to enter a new date.
  4. Click Search. 
    You see the status of the event displayed in the workspace.
