In the Override Set Rate Distribution panel, you can review the final daily rate for each class and can manually override the rate if you need an adjustment. The only value you can change is the rate.
To override set rate distributions:
- In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Fund Accounting > Distributions > Set Rate Distribution > Override Set Rate Distribution.
You see the Override Set Rate Distribution panel. - In the Entity Id and Entity Name fields, select the unique identifier and name of the master fund associated with the set rate distribution you are reviewing.
- In the Rate Effective Date, specify the effective date for the rate you want to update.
- In the Share Class field, specify the share class for the rate you want to update.
The panels displays the set rate information for the selected entity, share class, and date combination. You can review this information. - In the New Distribution Rate box, specify the updated rate that overrides the existing distribution rate.
After you enter a value for the new distribution rate, the system calculates the value in the New Distribution Amount box. It bases this value on the New Distribution Rate value entered multiplied by the Distribution Shares of the selected distribution. - Click Submit.
