In the Portfolio Desk workspace, you can view the list of manual changes made to an entity.

To audit manual changes to an entity:

  1. In the Portfolio Desk workspace, click the appropriate entity category in the left navigation.
    The entity workspace opens, displaying the available entities for the category.
  2. Complete the required search criteria and then click Search.
    PDC displays the search results based on the criteria you selected.
  3. Click the entity you want to audit and then click the Audit icon in the main ribbon.
    The Entity Audit window opens, displaying any historical changes by field, including the original value, new value, and the user ID and date time stamp for the change. If the entity has no history, the window opens, displaying the following message: No Data to Display.
  4. To return to the entity workspace, close the Entity Audit on the bottom tab.
