The Potential As of Ledger Activity report analyzes the transactions posted in the current month end period but effective on or before the prior month end to determine impact on the financial statement.
The systematic month end close for funds monitored by Eagle Accounting for potential as of activity monitors any ledger transaction after a fund's specified month end.
Grid report views available for this report include:
- As of General Ledger Summary with summary by asset and liability.
- As of General Ledger Detail with details by ledger account.
- As of General Ledger Transaction Detail, with details by transaction.
Advanced report views available for this report include:
- Summary with summary by asset and liability.
- Detail with details by ledger account.
- Transaction Detail, with details by transaction.
To create the Potential As of Ledger Activity report:
- From the Accounting Center window, click Reporting in the left navigation.
- Double click Investment Accounting, Mutual Fund Reports, and Potential As of Ledger Activity Report.
You see the Potential As of Ledger Activity Report panel. - Complete the fields on the Potential As of Ledger Activity Report panel.
- Click Submit and then click Advanced Report or Classic Grid Report.
The report appears on your desktop for the view selected.
