The User Status column shows the status of the Oracle account. This information is pulled directly from the Oracle database.

The following statuses can be displayed:

  • OPEN indicates the account is active
  • LOCKED indicates the account is locked
  • EXPIRED (GRACE) indicates the account will expire shortly. If the user logs into Oracle directly, it will indicate exactly how many days remain before the account will expire. This is typical if your Oracle password must be changed shortly.
  • EXPIRED indicates the account is expired.

Note

The one exception is that a new Oracle account will show with an EXPIRED status until the user logs in with their temporary password and changes it.
