You can delete a transaction associated with pending transaction activity. You can delete transactions with a status of Pending, Hold, Released, Failed, and/or a custom status. When you delete a transaction, the system removes it from both the PENDING_TRADES table and the PENDING_TRADES_HIST table.

To delete pending trades:


  1. From any Eagle window, click the Eagle Navigator button to access the Eagle Navigator.
  2. Enter Delete Transactions in the Start Search text box.
  3. Click the Delete Transactions (Accounting Center) link to access the panel.
    You see the Delete Transactions panel.
  4. Complete the options in the Delete Transactions panel and click Submit.
    You see information for the transactions that met your criteria in the Show All tab.
  5. Select the row for each transaction you want to delete and click Delete Selected Trade Records.
    In the lower pane, you see a row for each transaction you selected. The fields describing the transaction are locked, and are for information only.
  6. Click Submit to delete the selected transactions.
  7. Close the Delete Transactions bottom tab to return to the Accounting Center.
