In the EJM Monitoring Tool, you can search for EJM processes and tasks in the EJM Processes window and search for external data files in the External Data window. You can search for EJM processes, subprocesses, tasks and external data files.

Search for EJM Processes and Tasks

To search for processes, subprocesses, and tasks in the EJM Processes window:

  1. In the EJM Processes window, click the drop down arrow to open the Search dialog box
  2. In the Search dialog box, select the following options, as needed:

    • From Date/Time. Select specific start date/time for the search.
    • To Date/Time. Select specific end date/time for the search.
    • Auto Refresh. Select the interval of time for refreshing the activity in the EJM Processes window. Default is None.
    • Correlation ID. Select processes and tasks by specific Correlation ID.
    • Business Task ID. Select processes and tasks by specific Business Task ID.
    • Show Only Active Processes. Select only processes and tasks that have In Progress or In Progress and Wait for External Data status.
    • Show Time As. Select to show server time (default) or local time.

    For example, select a one hour interval, 10 am to 11 am (server time), on 1/26/2016.

  3. Click Apply to start the search.
    You see the search results based on the criteria you selected. 
     
  4. Click Refresh to see the latest information.

Search for External Data Files

To search for files in the External Data window:

  1. In the External Data window, click the drop down arrow to open the Search dialog box.
  2. In the Search dialog box, select the following options, as needed:

    • From Date/Time. Select specific start date/time for the search.
    • To Date/Time. Select specific end date/time for the search.
    • Streams. Select the appropriate message stream.
    • Show Time As. Select to show server time (default) or local time.

    For example, select a thirty (30) minute interval, 10:30 am to 11 am (server time) on 1/26/2016 for the eagle_ml-2-0_default_out_q message stream.

  3. Click Apply to start the search.You see the search results based on the criteria you selected.
  4. Click Refresh to see the latest information.
