Create Final Factor Corporate Action Announcements

In the Create Final Factor panel, you can add a factor for processing MBS/ABS securities. You enter a mandatory announcement for a Factor type corporate action. You can use the panel to add all factors for an MBS/ABS to the Corporate Action table.

To input a factor:

1. In Reference Data Center, in the left navigation pane, click Reference Desk > Corporate Actions > Announcements > Create Final Factor.
   You see the Create Final Factor panel.
2. Complete the options on the Create Final Factor panel.
3. If you want to add additional rows to the Create Final Factor panel, click in the bottom half of the panel, right-click, and select Add Rows.
4. Click Submit.
   The system saves a transaction with a transaction type of FACTOR.
