Manage Depositories

You can create, edit, delete and list depositories.

Create a Depository

You can create a new depository in the Create New panel. 

To create a depository:

1. In the Setup workspace, in the left navigation, click Depositories>Create Depository.
   You see the Create Depository panel.
2. Click the Depository ID drop-down and select a depository ID.
3. Optionally, enter a Description other than the description that defaults from the Depository ID.
4. Optionally, enter a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
5. Click Submit & Close.
6. Review the information in the status window and click Ok to submit

Edit a Depository

You can edit a depository in the Edit Depository panel. 

To edit a depository:

1. In Setup, in the left navigation, click Depositories>Edit Depository.
   You see the Edit Depository panel.
2. Enter the Depository ID that you want to edit.
3. Optionally, enter a Description.
4. Optionally, enter a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
5. Click Submit.
   You see the Show All tab displaying the results of your query.
   
6. Click the checkbox to select the depository to edit and click Change Depository on the ribbon.
   You see the Action Entry Panel-Change Depository.
7. Update the fields and click Submit & Close.
8. Review the information in the status window and click Ok to submit.

Delete a Depository

You can delete a depository in the Delete Depository panel. 

To delete a depository:

1. In Setup, in the left navigation, click Depositories>Delete Depository.
   You see the Delete Depository panel.
2. Enter the Depository ID that you want to delete.
3. Optionally, enter a Description.
4. Optionally, enter a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
5. Click Submit.
   You see the Show All tab displaying the results of your query.
   
6. Click the check box to select the depository to edit, and click Delete Depository on the ribbon.
   You see the Action Entry Panel -Delete Depository.
7. Click Submit & Close.
8. Review the information in the status window and click Ok to submit.

List a Depository

You can list depositories in the List Depository panel. 

To list depositories:

1. In Setup, in the left navigation, click Depositories>List Depositories.
   You see the List Depositories panel.
2. Enter the Depository ID that you want to view.
3. Optionally, enter a Description.
4. Optionally, enter a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
5. Click Submit.
   You see the Show All tab displaying the results of your query.
   
6. Review the information in the status window and click Ok to submit.
