You can view enriched data created by the Enrichment engine on the View Data window. The data on this window provides a checkpoint for a specific fund and date combination. You can export this data to an Excel file, or print it. Note that the View Data window provides a quick view of the dataThe View Data window is designed to facilitate quick validation of Enrichment results. It is not a reporting or customized query tool. In addition to several predetermined columns of reference data (listed at the end of this page), it only displays the database columns that were targeted by Enrichment. These are determined automatically based on the target columns from the executed Enrichment rules. You can view, print, or export the results to Excel.

To view Enrichment data:

  1. In Portfolio Data Center, in the left navigation pane, click Portfolio Desk Enrichment.
    You see the Eagle Enrichment workspace.

  2. Click View Data.

  3. Complete the settings on the View Data window
    Options include:
    - Data Type. Select the category of data you want to see. Options include Holding or Cash.
    - Fund. Click the ellipses (…) to select a fund. You see the Entity Selector dialog box. Load the entities you want to view and click OK.
    - Date. Select a date. 
    - Source. Select the source.
    - Print. Click to print the current page. Note that view data results are not intended as a full feature reporting tool.
    - Export. Click to export the current page to a .csv or .tsv file.
    - Configure. Click to hide the columns that appear on the window or to view hidden columns.

  4. Click Refresh.
    The results appear in the bottom section of the window. The results window automatically determines and displays the database columns that contain enriched values. It does this by looking through the rules for the target columns used within. In addition to the enrichment target columns, there are several predetermined columns of data, as follows.
