To monitor current day SLAs:
In Automation Desk, click Monitor in the left navigation.
In the upper left corner of the workspace, under Select Type, click Jobs/Events.
To search for a process with a specific SLA status, click the Tools drop down on the ribbon, click the Search drop down and select New Search. Or, click the double arrow to the right of the workspace to open the Search dialog box and enter the search criteria.
To review the SLA of a selected process, click the process and click the SLA tab in the bottom left pane.
