To view an SLA group:

  1. In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
    You see all the available SLA groups.

  2. To quickly find an SLA group, click the Find button. To search for an SLA group based on specific criteria, click the Search button.

  3. In the View SLA Group dialog box, review the information.
    You cannot edit any information in this dialog box.
