In the List Expense Based Expense Accrual panel, you can view a list of expense based expenses for an entity. You can also also view a list of accrued expenses using  using the List Expense Accrual Log panel.

To view a list of expense based expenses:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane,

  1. click Setup > Expense > Expense Based Expense

...

  1.  > List Expense Based Expense Accrual.
    You see the List Expense Based Expense Accrual panel.

  2. Complete the options in the List Expense Based Expense Accrual panel.
    You can specify values for the Entity ID, Entity Name, Accounting Basis, Share Class, Expense Account Name, and/or Expense Based Expense Rule Name. You must specify an entity. You can leave other options blank to view all criteria.

  1. Click Submit.
