Added Locate File and Close All Options
Locate File and Close All options were added to the tab header's context menu.
Note: the The Locate File feature is available only for the legacy Message Center rules. The same context menu that is implemented for the tab header was opened to the 'Message type/File name' label of legacy Message Center rule editor.

Issue Saving Email Delivery Properties
IWS has option to set email delivery parameters for TSR and ACK email notifications on both workflow and workflow child object levels. When trying to set these parameters, IWS was not properly writing the properties to the .WRF file when publishing. As a result, the email configuration was lost. The code was updated to resolve this issue. The email configurations will now be saved as expected.
