To publish the IWS solution for CSV:
In the Raw Service tab, click Publish.
You see the Publish Feed box, which displays all the files which will be published into the region.

You can clear the Include check box for any files that you do not need to publish.
You can also select a file in the publish tree and look at its contents in the Preview File pane.
