In the Edit Fixed Expense panel, you can change accrual parameters for a fixed expense. You can change the Accrual Ending Date, Effective Date, and Fee Amount fields. All other fields are populated via a lookup that returns expense reference data once you select a fund and expense account.
To change  

To edit a fixed expense: 1.    In

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Expense > Fixed Expense > Edit Fixed Expense.

  1. You see the Edit Fixed Expense panel.

  1. Complete the options on the Edit Fixed Expense panel.

  1. Once you select a fund and expense account, the system populates all other fields via a lookup that returns expense reference data. You can change the Accrual Ending Date, Effective Date, and Fee Amount fields. 

  2. Click Submit.
