The <XXX>The Portfolio Turnover Excludedefault message streams are used to load <what does it do?>.<???> are portfolio turnover exclude rules that can filter the information used by the Portfolio Turnover reports and market value calculations.
Portfolio Turnover Exclude rule information is loaded using the following streams:
eagle_default_in_star_???_portfolio_turn_exc
eagle_default_in_csv_???

_portfolio_turn_exc
