1. In the workspace, click the expand arrow next to the Search icon.
   You see the available search options in text boxes and drop-down lists. The default options vary from center to center.
2. Define search options to limit the data displayed in the heat mapworkspace by making selections from drop-down lists or entering value in the text boxes.
3. Click + to add other search options.
   You see the Fields dialog box which enables you to select from a list of available fields.
4. Click Apply to add the selected Field(s) to the Search panel.
5. Select the Make This My Default Search check box if desired.
   The next time you log on, you see the results of this search reflected in the heat map.
6. Click Save if you wish to save the parameters.
7. Click Search.
   You see the results in the workspace based on your search selections.
