- From the Reference Desk workspace, click Corporate Actions in the left navigation pane and then click Voluntary Corporate Actions>Change Voluntary Corporate Action Election.
You see the Change Voluntary Corporate Actions Elections panel - Specify a date range for corporate actions to include in the Voluntary Corporate Action Begin Date and Voluntary Corporate Action End Date fields. All other criteria are optional.
- Click Submit.
You see the results of your query in the Show panel. Select the Corporate Action you want to update so that a check mark appears in the Select check box, and then click the Change Voluntary Election Record button on the toolbar.
You see the Add Entry Panel - Change Voluntary Election Record.Revise the fields as needed. The options you see vary based on the type of corporate action you select.
