- From the Reference Desk workspace, click Corporate Actions in the left navigation pane and then click Voluntary Corporate Actions>Change Voluntary Corporate Action Election.
You see the Change Voluntary Corporate Actions Elections panel. - Enter a Voluntary Begin Date.
- Enter a Voluntary End Date
- Specify a date range for corporate actions to include in the Voluntary Corporate Action Begin Date and Voluntary Corporate Action End Date fields. All other criteria are optional.
- Click Submit.
You see the results of your query on in the Show All panel. In the Show All panel, select Select the Corporate Action you want to change and then click the Change Voluntary Election Record button on the toolbar.
You see the Add Entry Panel - Change Voluntary Election Record.Info .
Revise the fields as needed. For field options, see the Add Entity Election Options section in Add Voluntary Corporate Action Elections
Click Submit.
