1. From the Reference Desk workspace, click Corporate Actions in the left navigation and then click Voluntary Elections>Add Voluntary Corporate Action Election.
   You see the Add Voluntary Corporate Action Announcement panel.
2. In the Query Flag field, select an option from the drop-down list. Valid Options include:
   –  Effective Date
   –  Ex Date
   –  Pay Date
   –  Sweep Date
3. Enter a Voluntary Begin Date.
4. Enter a Voluntary End Date.
5. Optionally, enter any of the additional Fields as described in the Add Voluntary Election fields description Election options section below.
6. Click Submit.
