You can lock price records that have already been processed at the original source level or target source level. Locking prices prevents automatic changes triggered by new files and other actions which would affect the best price already determined and approved for use. When a record is locked, the override column in both the Gold Copy and Vendor Source display as locked. or unlock a specific vendor record. You select the record you want to lock or unlock and then you lock the vendor price or vendor price and associated gold copy price. Locked prices are unable to be override, edited or copied.
