Rate Effective Date 1109Specifies the effective date for the set rate that you want to override. If the rate falls on a weekend, enter that weekend effective date rather than the associated business day accounting date.

Active Status

Displays the status of the accounting period for the set rate distribution you are overriding. For example, OPEN. You can submit an override for an open accounting period, but cannot submit an override to a closed accounting period.
