In the List Performance Fee Expense panel, you can view a list of performance fee expenses for an entity. You can also view a list of accrued expenses using the List Expense Accrual Log panel.

To view a list of performance fee expenses:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Expense > Performance Fees > List Performance Fee Expense.
You see the List Performance Fee Expense panel.
  2. Specify a value for the Entity ID field or the Entity Name field to identify the entity identifier or entity name of the fund for which you want to view performance fees.
The panel displays the corresponding entity value, along with the entity's primary accounting basis. It displays a value of TF for the Share Class field. You define performance fees at the Total Fund level.
  3. If you want to view performance fees for a single expense account, select an account in the Expense Account Name list.
Otherwise, if you leave this field blank, the results include all accounts.
  4. If you want to view performance fees for a single status, click the Fee Status list and select a value. Otherwise, you can leave this field blank to view all fee statuses.
    Options include:
    - Pending. Includes performance fees that require approval, if appropriate, and have not been accrued.
    - Closed. Includes performance fees no longer active and accruing.
    - Active. Includes performance fees that were approved, if appropriate, and accrued.
    - All  All. Applies to performance fees with any status.
    - Active & Pending. Includes performance fees with an Active or Pending status.
  5. Click Submit.
You see the performance fees that met your criteria in the Show All tab.
