You can create, edit, duplicate and delete code to region code maps.

Create Exchange Code to Region Code Map

To create an exchange code to region code map:

1. In the Setup workspace, in the left navigation, click Codes.
   You see the Codes workspace with the list of available code categories.
2. Click the Exchange Code to Region Code Map tab and then click Create New.
   You see the Create New Exchange Code to Region Code Map window.
3. Select a Region from the drop-down list.
4. Select an Exchange Code from the drop-down list.
5. Click Save.
   You see a Save Confirmation dialog box indicating that your changes have been saved.
6. Click Ok. 
   You see the new code to region map displayed in the list of code to region code maps.
   
   

Edit Code to Region Maps

To edit code to region maps:

1. In the Setup workspace, in the left navigation, click Codes.
   You see the Codes workspace with the list of available code categories.
2. Select the exchange code to region code map you would like to edit and then click Edit.
   You see the Edit Exchange Code to Region Code Map window.
3. Edit the Region/Exchange mapping selections and then click Save.
   You see a Save Confirmation dialog box indicating that your changes have been saved.
4. Click Ok. 
   You see the revised code to region map displayed in the list of code to region code maps.

Duplicate Code to Region Maps

To duplicate a code to region maps:

1. In the Setup workspace, in the left navigation, click Codes.
   You see the Codes workspace with the list of available code categories.
2. Select the exchange code to region code map you would like to duplicate and then click Duplicate.
   You see the Edit Exchange Code to Region Code Map window.
3. Update the fields following the steps outlined in Create an Exchange Code to Region Code Map.
4. Click Ok. 
   You see the revised code to region map displayed in the list of code to region code maps.

Delete Code Maps

To delete code to region maps:

1. In the Setup workspace, in the left navigation, click Codes.
   You see the Codes workspace with the list of available code categories.
2. Select the exchange code to region code map you would like to delete and then click Delete.
   You see a confirmation box asking you to verify your selection.
   
3. Click Ok.
   The code map is deleted from the system.
