The Export to Excel did not always populate the DB Field for some elements. The code was updated to resolve this issue. Logic to include al an attribute for xsd:appinfo was added to ensure getting a correct value for the DB Field when exporting a panel in XPanel.
This issue was tracked as Item #142990.
