  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Expense > Special Waivers List Special Waiver.
    You see the List Special Waiver panel.
  2. Specify the Entity ID or Entity Name field value to identify the entity with special waivers that you want to view. 
  3. In the Query Switch list, special specify whether to view results at for a parent or child level.
    Options include: 
    - Parent. Displays parent rows such that the Hierarchy Rule & Waiver column shows , or the special hierarchy waiver rule details for the share class.
    - Child. Displays child rows such that the Hierarchy Rule & Waiver column shows rows, created for the expenses and waivers from the special waiver hierarchy rule referenced in the parent row.
  4. In the Accounting Basis field, select the accounting basis you want to view. 
  5. Complete the remaining options in the List Special Waiver panel.
    You must specify an entity, accounting basis, and date range. You can also specify a share class or expense account, or can leave those values blank.
  6. Click Submit.
     You You see the special waivers that met your criteria in the Show All tab.
