In the Edit Income Based Expense panel, you can change income based expenses. 

To edit an income based expense: 1.    In

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Expense > Income Based Expense > Edit Income Based Expense.

  1. You see the Edit Income Based Expense panel.
  2. Enter the values to identify the income based expense you want to change.

    You must identify the entity, accounting basis, and share class for the expense, along with the expense account.
  2. In the Effective Date field, enter the day the changes become effective.
  3. Complete the remaining options for the expense that you want to change in the Edit Income Based Expense panel.

  1. Click Submit.
