You can enable or disable several services that are not deployed during the installation of the Eagle product suite. When you enable or disable these services, the Environment diagram is updated accordingly. 

As for now you have to do refresh manually to see the new service in grid without waiting for periodic status updates. There two buttons on Home ribbon – Refresh Tree Cache, Refresh View 

Also we have planned changes for 3rd step. For now we don’t use it (it was designed for port offset definition) because this parameter defined in configuration files and this step will be hidden from UI in next release

To enable or disable services that are not deployed during the Eagle install:

  1. In System Management Center, click System Settings in the left navigation and then click Enable/Disable Services.
    You see the Enable/Disable Services workspace.
  2. Click the Web Servers drop down and select a server. Click Next.
  3. Under Services, click to select the appropriate service. Click Next.
  4. In the Parameters dialog box, click Next. This step is currently not being used.

  5. To complete the enable/disable process, click Next or . To change your selections, click Back to make additional changes.

  6. Click OK to enable or disable the selected service or click Cancel.

  7. Review the messages in the Status dialog box and click Next Finish.

  8. Click Close.
    Image RemovedReview the Environment diagram, the services you enabled are now included.
    Image Removedthe Refresh button in the Services workspace and select Refresh View.
    You see that the new service in the environment diagram. The default status of the service is Red (stopped).
